Eby Teams Raise Support For Big Brothers Big Sisters
Eby has been a proud supporter of Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters for more than a decade and has raised thousands of dollars to support the organization over the years.
“BBBS matches children facing adversity with caring, adult mentors. [They] believe that all children – regardless of race, socioeconomic status, or family background – can achieve success in life, especially with the guidance and support of a caring adult mentor.”
BBBS strives to help each youth in their program “achieve higher inspiration, greater confidence, and better relationships, as well as educational success and avoidance of risky behaviors.”

This spring, Eby employees are participating in the annual Bowl4Kids’Sake fundraiser. Teams of 5-6 employees have formed and are competing with each other to see who can raise the most support for BBBS! Each team’s goal is to raise a collective $1,000; and for each individual to raise $160-200.
On April 6th, participating employees will go to The Alley to bowl. Show your support for the organization and Eby by pledging to support one of our great teams!
Michaela Diercks, Matt Ball, and Linda Walton are team captains for this year’s contest. You can click the link below to support each of their teams!

The Kansas Big Brothers’ Big Sisters is also in need of new mentors to sign up! Sedgwick County has a long list of kids waiting to be matched with a mentor; 70% of those waiting are boys needing a positive male role model in their life.
