At Eby Construction, we know construction. We’ve been serving the Wichita, Kansas, area since the 1930s, which means we’ve not only seen a lot, but we’ve done a lot. From demanding projects requiring strenuous work to sophisticated projects requiring complex solutions, we’re not afraid to roll up our sleeves and get dirty.
The Eby Construction design-build construction method is comprehensive, allowing owners to contract with us from initial planning to project completion. The streamlined process utilizes architects, engineers and construction personnel to ensure successful completion with more efficient communication, reduced timelines and for lower overall costs.
Eby Construction often serves as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), committing to deliver projects within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) that is based on the construction documents and specifications. We provide professional services and act as a consultant to the owner in the design development and construction phases. Additionally, we often provide some of the actual construction of the project. By utilizing the CMAR delivery method, the owner is able to maximize potential savings created from an integrated design and delivery process.
From demolition and surveying to carpentry and concrete finishing, Eby Construction can self-perform many elements of our work to provide greater accuracy during a project. Our ability to self-perform provides improved accuracy during project budgeting, more control of the project schedule and an increase in owner confidence.
Eby Construction offers construction maintenance and on-call services to numerous owners in the region. We typically perform these services with in-house crews. Our on-call agreements range from jobs taking less than a day and scheduled shutdown or turnaround services requiring 24/7 support, to multi-year arrangements where one of our crews reports to a site daily as an extension of an owner’s in-house facilities department.
We are morally committed to protecting the lives and safety of our employees, customers and the public. As such, we maintain an ongoing safety program, which is focused on the prevention of job-site accidents and an in-house training program that ensures our operations are up-to-date and compliant with current laws and regulations.
