As well as an supplier expo featuring up to 50 key supplier companies, it is a networking and educational event for the UK residential property industry, endorsed by the leading professional bodies for the property industry.

Who attends?
The Negotiator Conference & Expo is the networking event of the year for residential estate and letting agents. Delegates come from all over the UK to attend what has become and essential date on the calendar for progressive agents who take business development seriously.
Many of those who come, also attend The Negotiator Awards in the evening, representing some of the most successful and growing property companies in the UK. There is a two hour turnaround period between the Conference and the beginning of the Awards, so you can change and return, ready for the evening’s gala dinner and presentation.
