Judging of The Negotiator Awards
The Negotiator Awards is the most respected and prestigious property awards for good reason. The Awards are judged by a stellar panel of individuals – leaders and experts with the reputation of being among the highest achievers in the residential property industry. They are not paid and are invited to judge to based on their experience and expertise in all the areas of business and various disciplines, tested by the Awards.
Our judging process is the most robust, open and transparent process of any property awards. The judges are given the entries two weeks in advance of the announcement of the Shortlist, to read, analyse, make enquiries and test the entries. Each entry and each category is judged by at least two judges.
The judges are under obligation to declare any conflicts of interest and where a conflict appears, the Awards category is reallocated, to preserve the objectivity and fairness of the awards programme.
Following the judging process, the Shortlisted nominees were notified by email and the Shortlist was published on this site. The Shortlist was announced in late September 2023.
The finalists and winners were announced at a spectacular gala dinner at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London on the evening of 24th November 2023, attended by many of the judging panel.
