THE CONFERENCE HOST AND MODERATOR FOR 2023 WAS SIMON JACK, BBC'S BUSINESS EDITOR

Simon Jack image
Simon Jack is the BBC's Business Editor. He frequently co-presents Radio 4's TodayProgramme, and has also co-presented on BBC Radio 5 Live's Five Live Breakfast & Five Live Drive. Simon replaced Declan Curry as the business presenter for BBC Breakfast, and also presented business news on the One O'Clock, Six O'Clock and Ten O'Clock News.

Before joining the BBC, Simon spent ten years in commercial and investment banking in London, New York and Bermuda. He has a degree inPoliticsPhilosophy and Economics from Oxford University. Simon has also presented business and financial podcasts for The Daily Telegraph.

He lives in London with his wife and two daughters and supports Liverpool FC.
